Shipping and International Purchases

We currently do not ship and sell products overseas. All shipping is to the continental United States and U.S. territories only. Shipping cost is determined by weight, which is determined at checkout. For products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, extra shipping fees apply and are not eligible for free shipping. See cost at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on items unless they are defective or damaged. 

We do offer exchanges and refunds on products and items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged items:

For items damaged in transit, please take a photo of the item and submit a customer service inquiry within 48 hours of receiving shipment and we will instruct you further on the refund process.

Defective Items:

In the extremely rare case that you do receive a defective product (such as defective pump), please submit a return request by email and we will respond to your service inquiry within 48 business hours and instruct you further on the exchange/refund process.
